Anthony is a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta, practising under the supervision of Dr. Don Zeman. He holds an Honours BSc in Political Science, Physiology, and Psychology from the University of Toronto; an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University; and is currently completing a PhD in Health Sciences at Western University. His doctoral research explores stigma related to mental illness and personality disorders.
Anthony uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and his approach is also shaped by psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and sensorimotor therapies. He works from a relational framework to support individuals and couples navigating a range of challenges, including complex trauma, anxiety, mood-related concerns, and relationship difficulties. He has a particular interest in how early attachment patterns, neglect, and abandonment continue to influence people in adulthood.
He also works with high-performing individuals, artists, and athletes. His practice spans the areas of clinical, counselling, and health/rehabilitation psychology. Anthony’s focus is on creating a steady, collaborative space to process unresolved experiences and work toward meaningful change.
