Claire holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Registered Provisional Psychologist. As a trauma-informed therapist, she is passionate about supporting folks experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and C-PTSD. Claire provides a nonjudgmental safe space for you to show up as your authentic self and share your story. She takes a collaborative approach with her clients, believing they are the experts in their own stories.
Using evidence-based interventions, Claire helps her clients build resilience as they navigate the peaks and valleys of life. She has a special interest in working with individuals during the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum) and those navigating the experience of being a parent. She also has specialized training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. Claire is neurodiversity-affirming and works with both individuals and couples (including CNM).
