People often seek therapy when they realize the weight they carry is not meant to be held alone. I believe therapy is a place to let what we carry rest—where we can catch our breath, feel understood, and see our lives from angles we can’t reach on our own. It’s a space where tears, laughter, and every part of you is welcome. Rather than rushing toward answers, I meet clients with curiosity, compassion, and steady presence. Together, we can explore your inner landscape and begin to untangle what may be keeping you stuck. With me, you don’t need to explain yourself or hide your suffering—you only need to show up as you are.
I take an integrative approach, shaped by my professional experience and my own therapy journey. I’ve worked in various high-intensity settings with youth and adults facing trauma, mental health struggles, and addictions. These experiences have exposed me to the parts of life we often try to avoid—injustice, uncertainty, and what we do to survive.
I’ve also seen how things can shift when people reach for support and are truly met. This is what guides my practice. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, including individuals and couples navigating trauma histories, relationship challenges, and high-stress circumstances.
