Do you feel trapped in life? Are you facing difficulties with your family, friends, partner, or in the workplace? Do you need support for mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, addictions, or trauma? I’m sorry that you’re having a hard time, but I appreciate your reaching out for support and I am here for you. Before becoming a counselor, I wore many hats: a teacher, a business owner, and a social worker for children and their families. I am a Certified Canadian Counselor (C.C.C.) with a Master of Psychotherapy and Spirituality specializing in Art Therapy, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in History. After receiving my Master of Psychotherapy, I cultivated my counseling skills with clients from over 30 countries in many different life circumstances, including a wide range of professions. Throughout my career, I have always appreciated the resilience of the human spirit, and I am honored to be able to help my clients become their best selves. My past clients have recognized my strength in balancing a humble, calm demeanor with proactive care and a focus on solutions.

My practice is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and compassion-based. Guided by evidence-based practice, I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Brainspotting Therapy to tailor my approach to clients’ needs. With respect for each individual, I collaborate with you to explore what works best to suit your unique needs.

I offer In-Person and Video sessions. I hope I am a good fit to assist you in overcoming your challenges.
